Does anyone have a video of someone doing an eli hop, turning 180, then catching a trapeze behind their head so their pointer is pointing backwards behind them? This is something I’ve always wanted to work in a routine, and I can visualize it fine, I just find it so much easier to learn these kinds tricks watching someone else do it, especially if I can slow it down too.
