YYJ CLASSIC trivia

Did you know:

You can interchange the caps of Classics

MUHAHAHHAHA

(btw. if you exchange the caps of two smooth classics, the result will be 2 smooth classics. If you interchange the caps of 2 wobbly classics…???)

How did you take the caps off?

Possibly by pushing the half with the axle down on a flat surface, which would push one cap off. Then switch axle into the other half and repeat.

EDIT: DON’T DO THIS. YOU WILL BREAK THE YOYO.

DONT DO THIS. Classics are solid spin axles, you’ll break the yoyo if you do this.

Removal of the caps involves the usage of a long knife, and a friend of mine told me to delete the steps because kids might read it and get hurt…

okay Ill just post a disclaimer:

YOU NEED ADULT SUPERVISION

now that thats done, you’ll need a long knife.
align the sharp edge of the knife with the boundary between body and cap
then roll the yoyo forward and backward while pushing down on the knife.
After a few rolls, the cap will start to separate from the body.
Then you’re gonna twist the knife so that caps pop off.

If you do this carefully enough, you won’t harm any of the parts…

again, YOU NEED ADULT SUPERVISION

You need 4 classics so that you can have a 2 different bodies an 2 different caps:)
