Finally, PayPal solved the dispute to the Tera-Banks Moore( John Rhynes) side. So, I have sent throw, now itā€™s on the way to him, but he returned his money only because of shipping delays because of covid, that I canā€™t influence on. So the yoyo will come to him in some time, will keep there, and comeback to me. And I need to pay for shipping back, and I have already loosed money on shipping to USA. Would like to remind you, that yoyo wasnā€™t loosed!
Thanks a lot, Tera-Banks Moore( John Rhynes), my desire to sell yoyos disappears after deals with such people.

This just looks bad on you. Shipping delays due to COVID19 are in no way the fault of the seller. But yes, throw a temper tantrum and get your money back, cause screw the other side, whoā€™s a highly reputable seller.

Yā€™all taking this too personal. Iā€™ve waited long enough for the Yo-yo, which I never blamed him for taking so long. All iā€™ve done is outline the rules heā€™s broken and told everyone to be careful about sending money as family and friends, which he will try to get you to do. Iā€™m getting my money back, hes getting his yo-yo back. But yeah, sort me out on a Yo-yo forum.

No, man, you havenā€™t been waiting enough. You opened a dispute since 25 days after yoyo was shipped. 25 days is normal for international shipping, but you have already opened dispute on this moment.
I have already said about FF for 3 times, I donā€™t try anybody to do it, I just offering to pay in way they prefer. Donā€™t lie again please. For sure Iā€™ll
try to appeal this dispute. You have got your money back, Iā€™ll get my yoyos. But money for shipping I wonā€™t get. So I donā€™t see justice here.
Anyway, itā€™s not a problem for me, 30$ is nothing. More unpleasant for me, that there are such people, who doesnā€™t listen to anybody and closed on yourself.

By PayPal rules if something didnā€™t suit buyer in god, he is sending it back for his money. In this situation you havenā€™t got the god, so of course, there isnā€™t a requirement to you from paypal to send it back for you money. But decision of paypal doesnā€™t mean your truth. As I see, they didnā€™t consider Covid situation, which is really strange for me.

I suspect it takes you longer, but i have already understood, that its hard to understand for you, that there are better things to wait 2 months for than a Yo-yo.

Interesting, I enquired about multiple yoyos at different times and he always got back to me promptly, and courteously.

In what place was I rude? When said, that I donā€™t like when somebody spend my time on empty talks after you disappeared ?
There is a tone of people, who write me, ask about throws, ask pictures and disappear. That was you. I have write you immediately, the day was left.
And Iā€™m not sure that you didnā€™t buy because ā€œI was rudeā€, because you continued to ask about yoyos.
Even if you are not interested itā€™s better to say, that you arenā€™t. Appreciate others time.

when people canā€™t settle their differences, PRIVATELY, without turning it into another global international incident, it reflects poorly on both. @Yoyoman13371337 immediately jumped on the board to bash @JohnRhynes when he filed a complaint with paypal - the same thing he did with @joeboy77ā€¦

if you have an issue with someone, handle it like an adult. donā€™t try to be the FIRST person to openly whine about it on the internetā€¦ @Yoyoman13371337 and then just keep pummeling on it. whatever everybodyā€™s else thumbs up are, your handlings of disputes are what matters mostā€¦ the handling of the grade c e1ns situationā€¦ how you treat ALL your customers, even if the did mess up, is what matters

The meaning of my post was to show people, that even if they canā€™t influence on the situation, if there is just a delay in shipping(not loosing), if you reply immediately and keep a buyer informed, there are people, who wonā€™t listen to you and consider another side. I showed, that John Rhynes is such person, and Iā€™m sure it will influence on somebodyā€™s decision about dealing with him. And it was my goal.
Of course I wonā€™t do that if there were real problems with a package. I would immediately refund money, if Iā€™m sure that the package lost, but in this situation there is 100% of his dishonesty.
This issue was impossible to solve concretely with John Rhynes, after he opened a dispute he began to ignore me. I sent him some information from post, said, that itā€™s common case for now, but he didnā€™t answer me.I waited some time before write this post.

If this is going to degrade into a gripe-fest, I think the admins should close this post and yoyoman can start over freshā€¦ minus the negativity.
