What is the difference between the Mini Mo-Tu, Mo-Trix, and MicroMo? They all look the same to me, aside from the caps.
Look at the sizes of the yoyo.
The micro mo
Diameter: 44.1 mm / 1.73 inches
Width: 34.5 mm / 1.35 inches
Mini Mo trix
Diameter: 52.45 mm / 2.06 inches
Width: 32.08 mm / 1.26 inches
Mini motu
Width (mm) 35.32
Diameter (mm) 48.87
They are all different sizes, so they are different. Also, the metal rings are thinner on the motrix compared to the motu I believe.

It’s hard to get perspective off numbers without a harder comparison. I am more visual so I like to see it.
