I saw your comment on Instagram about this, and it surprised me because I’ve never had trouble at all. Yoyofriends has responded immediately to me on Instagram more than once, and gone out of their way to help me when I made a shipping mistake. I’ve always found their customer service to be exceptional, and all of their team members are very kind people.

Miscommunication happens. It is ok, we can always do better. Esp since I don’t always know the inner workings of the manufacture team, our website etc.

I second this. They seems to be quite responsive, however it could be some current tight work schedule of members in the team that result in delay.

I actually asked them a few question in the release and color ways ( there are pictures of an acid wash with silver rim, apparently it was just a prototype) and they were really quick to respond on instagram
