Well, it’s a small yoyo and plays good for it’s size if that’s what you mean. But as a competion yoyo that yoyo is really hard to play with and it is not good for all around yoyoing. It is basically just a toy yoyo, or something for fun. It is way easier to play with a regular sized yoyo than this thing. Like it said, this yoyo is intended for fun, not for acually learning tricks and competing in contests with.
