I don’t have a Skyva, yet. But it is on my buy list and the thing i like about it is that the shape seems really nice and i heard that it’s awesome for fingerspins!
As a student, the price is definitely my favorite part about it. Closely followed by the dual hub design, makes it much easier to teach people to fingerspin.
Besides the ridiculously long fingerspins… the Skyva’s shape has a perfect amount of comfort and power! Can’t wait to see more colors!! Whatever they might be COUGH green COUGHCOUGH
Gotta love the fingerspin cup, but I like the mint color as well
Deep red and a olive green or yellow would look niceeee
The Skyva is one of the best "Bang-for-Buck" yoyos I've seen in a while, if not ever. Fingerspins are a breeze, and easier to pull off than a lot of metal yoyos. It's performance is top notch. The price is outstanding, for a premium plastic return top you could expect $30-$50, but for $20 you cannot miss it.
;D
I love the stability, smoothness, and added machined cup in the Skyva. Plays way beyond its price. I’d love to see it in RED
The Skyva is a ridiculously clean designed plastic. I’ve never been so in awe of a non metal yo yo. I love my mint colored one to pieces. I’m sure these new colors will be fantastic!
Picked red and orange, cuz’ I’d bape the hell out of them! ;D
The thing I like most about the Skyva is that it’s a cheap plastic that plays extremely good - being cheap and good playing means you can take it everywhere and show off with it.
It’s just a perfect throw to take with you to work or school etc. and impress your colleagues with!
AND: In a yoyo that’s always with me on the go I like to look at the fingerspin capabilities as well (because non yoyoers just love fingerspins haha!) and you really can’t beat the Skyva in that department.
So… 10/10!
Skyva is probably best plastic imo love it
The subtle off white coloring makes me sweat like Patrick Bateman. Quite tempted to call it pale cumulunimbus on account of that tasteful cloud graphic.
I have never played this yoyo, but I do love the idea of a stylish, plastic yoyo that can get someone into yoyoing for less money - like what Gentry Stein did for the Shutter and the Replay Pro.
The thing I like the most about the Skyva, aside from the overall design, is the sharper angles and wide body. Even though I’ve never played with this yoyo, it looks like it would really bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate or even intermediate and advanced play. Plus, the inner cup looks like it would be killer for finger spins!
I would love to see a deep purple for this yoyo but I’d be even more excited to see a transparent color set. I think that would look amazing! I think that the right yoyo body and the right string combo would make this yoyo a real piece of art!
SEE YOU ON THE FUNWAY, YYE!
I love how good it is at finger spins and think it is a wicked yo-yo for mastering them.
Would love a fluo yellow one
Skyva
It’s definitely one of the smoooooothest plastic I ever played with! It’s also the first yoyo I can do fingerspins with (sweaty hands aren’t compatible with metal yoyos when it comes to grinds haha (T▽T)
I really appreciate what a good design can do, and the Skyva is a wonderful example.
Finger spins for dayyyyys, and a cheap yoyo that performs well too.
You should do clear or intense red

It took me some time to get use to the Skyva. It feels lighter than most yoyos that I use but the reason for that is because I use mostly metals. The Skyva made me love plastic yoyos again. It breaks that expectation of what you think a plastic yoyo would feel and play like. It’s ability to pull off perfect finger spins is a huge plus. The plastic itself feels nice, the shape is comfortable, and the yoyo plays incredibly smooth. And for the price it’s a perfect buy. I’d love to see a purple or orange one. I would buy this yoyo again!
I love the effortless fingerspins.
SKYVA - Putting the power of godlike fingerspins into the hands of the everyman. Mortals had only dreamed of such power until the advent of SKYVA. Long may it reign.
