There’s a fairly big scene here. There’s a ton of throwers in the chandler, mesa, tempe area. Julius runs a club at gotham city comics in mesa from 1-3 on saturdays (mainly younger throwers, but there’s some college aged people there as well). They always have a few people going around teaching tricks and helping you with ideas so that’s pretty neat. In addition, he hosts a club at samurai comics in phoenix on sundays (from 6-8 pm maybe? I’m not too sure on that). We also have a small club in Tucson area if you’re ever down here at the park place mall and there are a few throwers in the flagstaff area if you’re ever up in that area.
