There is now a yoyo club at the Old Bridge Public Library. Come to learn teach or just to yo-yo. It is only monthly and open for people in grades 4 - 12 but if I can prove I have a regular user base it can be more often and possibly allow adults.
It will not be active this coming month but should be go for all after.
