Aluminum or polycarbonate or delrin will be your cheaper options to make something nice.
This is like 10 times the price of 6061 T6 aluminum.

Also here’s my prototypes from this year. BEYOND grateful and blessed that I was able to make my own dreams come true when it came to yoyo design, as well as the dreams of some friends I made along the way.

I don’t want to tear it apart, I want to put it together and throw it.
It’s a great design. I like the cuts and that it’s organic’y and a big boi but only 60g. You won’t please everyone it seems with one yo-yo, but I think it’s great!

It’s looking quite nice, now!
You might want to make the cuts in the cup all of a uniform length (though that is a painstaking thing to attempt), and I think the profile/rim shape needs a little refinement, but otherwise this looks very very close to done! The dimensions/mass look really appealing to me!

Thanks Mark. I’ll have a play with the profile rim , kind of what the rim to smoothly transition to the cuts. I made all the cuts on the cup all 1.5 mm thinking this maybe easier for machinist.
