Your price appraisals on some of those general yos are way too high.
Oh it’s a “very special” aman. Half dark aman and half regular. He gave it to me as a gift. I should post some pics up, but I will never let it go
So I herd ju liek general jojo?
Thanks Sparhawk! It’s sad to see how much the prices of these have gone down–I remember purchasing this for around $200 last summer, and now, they’re only worth about half that.
A Christmas Edition Gnarwal.
3 dings?
1st run prepro general yo majesty, mint.
$2.95 ;D
Gelada idea of value? I can get one for $50 is that… ?
Condition is everything
I still Think they’re worth $65 mint pretty easily
While this thread is near the top, could you wonderful people evaluate a near mint NSCo Aurora, green, with certificate for me? Thanks in advance.
I’d say about $180
I have bought 2 auroras recently, both were over $320 MIB with original packaging and certificate. Sold one for what I paid. Kept the color I preferred (blue and silver, sold blue and green).
Got out bid on a third I bid $300 on.
I give up. Jeez.
There may have been a bid in the $300 range but I believe that’s just a heavily inflated price due to the current fad for titaniums and will quickly drop
Purple Heart mini star. Mint.
$80-$120
Aurora def over $300 unless seller takes first offer.
I’m not sure how quickly it will drop. If people keep liking them, and new ones keep coming out at higher price points, the older ones, which exist in limited quantity on the used market, may not end up dropping, but could hold in that $300+ price range.
You may be right, it may be a fad right now. It may not be, Ti may hold it’s appeal. They certainly aren’t making more Auroras and Ti Walkers any time soon. The recent pricing of the Dazzler and the Hyperion doesn’t give you a cheaper alternative (although the Ricochet does).
It will be interesting to see.
The funny thing about worth is that one person can influence it. Yoyo x normally sells on the bst for 60. Yoyo x doesn’t come up for a while and someone really wants one. One finally comes up. Someone offers 60. The person that’s been looking for it offers more. The original bidder has the money and bids higher. All of the sudden yoyo x sells for 100. It’s no longer worth 60
Supply and demand my friends.
