Yoyo Appraisal Thread

I don’t remember what they sold for new way back when they first came out. A lot less than what they are going for today thats for sure. When I do see them on eBay they are often used and missing pieces with the original tin package. I’ve seen a couple complete sets and one brand new one, but I forgot what it sold for. More than I can afford though.

If you want a few pairs of cork brakes for your Yoyo; I can send them to you. I have A few hundred, lol. I even have a few bundles of the Original Bee string, amazingly.

I even have Brand New Cold Fusions in the cans and the cans are in the original white boxes with the color codes on them. I will most likely just put them in my Will or whatever.

I have several Cold Fusions/and Fusion Gt’s just randomly here and there… In the house, in the shop.

Amazingly what a person can accumulate in 17 years.

No kidding

Just put me in your will and that will be enough. ;D

The Proyo packaging TBB isn’t really worth anything. $10 if you can get someone that actually wants it maybe. More fun to play with it imo

I have a couple of those. Gifts from a friend. Not for sale.

Yoyodoc, I’ll trade you my girlfriend for your cold fusion
No kidding ;D

1 of 1 Aqua Lost in the Artic Canvas?

$80-120 depending on condition+whether or not you have the box

mint yoyopeople 08 888?
mint 08 small bearing 888?

What would a mint Regen be worth?

I’d pay between $20-$40. Maybe $50 if I was really into it.

Hi all,
Correct me if I’m wrong but I thing I am in the right section ? So I just got into yoyo and have to say that I love it! And I guess that the idea of growing my own collection of yoyos naturaly come with the yoyo love. Am I wrong ? haha<
So my question is : i Saw a old school wodden yo made in the 1996 by the Bombay compagnie and the guy is trying to sell it for 45$, is this too much or it worth it ? need help there…

dat string

If you have the money to spare then buy it. I think most people regret not buying a yoyo while they can, then buying the yoyo.

well I do have the money, but at this price, i Could get a brand new yoyo too, thats the point should i get this one or just take newest stuff because this one dosn’t worth it at all ?

It depends on your interests. Most modern yo-yoing is based upon a bearing, which this doesn’t appear to have. It’s all really personal preference.

That will be a collector type of thing. It’s not a player. If you want a player get something else.

you both made good point.but still, do 45 bucks sounds like too much investment for THIS yoyo ? or i could get it for cheaper

I’m not a collector so no idea of what it’s worth. Tried google to find one for comparison but no luck.
