Reach out to Tyler severance. The first base is a solid yoyo for this. Or hit up Mr yoyo thrower I think he has some really low cost bulk stuff. Otherwise hit up yye or yys. Expert had the SnapBack which are solid and Sam has the spintastic stuff
As much as I don’t love yyf the spinstar at bulk club prices is absurdly cheap if you can get ahold of them.
Duncan also has bulk pricing and it’s comparable.
The magic yoyo d1 and d2 are the cheapest ones that if you know where to look you can find for the lowest cost in bulk.
Anyone selling them to clubs are barely making margin so I don’t see an issue shopping around but I’ll note yye can hook you up with beginner trick cards and such to help new players progress and incentivize moving up in skill which is really helpful. Also look at getting really cheap bulk string as well.
I just saw on Rainy City they are selling bulk “first throw” yo-yos under cost, but I think they are of very poor quality judging by the description
