However, knots would be bad. I would need a knife or something. And string. And if I had all that I could probably take a few bearings and acetone… I don’t know.

YoyoKangaroo, it says you only can grab one yo-yo, it doesn’t say you couldn’t grab whatever else you needed first. So, you can imply that you got everything else you wanted, and there was time to grab a yo-yo…at the end. Maybe you wouldn’t grab a yo-yo at all, and I wouldn’t grab my Genesis either if I were you, but I bought one that cost almost $500…so I’m trying to take that with me on the way out the door. Hope that’s okay with you. Thanks for answering.

Yup…any one item in my house, if it cost that much, and is that small in size…I’m grabbing it! :smiley: I might try to pocket some jewelry first, but that’s on the list of go-to items. Depends on what the fire is doing though. :stuck_out_tongue:

Fun fact:

If your house were to be on fire you wouldn’t need to try and save your Ti yoyo(s). To save you time, if you were up in the air on which yoyo to choose, between your Ti and Al, grab the Al. Ti has a melting point of over 3,000F while the fire will only reach about 1,500F. Aluminum melts, depending on the alloy, between 800-1,300F and your carbon (or stainless) steel axles will melt somewhere between 2,600-2,800F.

I never really thought of leaving the Ti to survive on it’s own and saving a more helpless, yet valuable Al. Fair to say. I just couldn’t bare the thought of that Ti toughing it out through the fire. :stuck_out_tongue: The members of the fire department might steal it after they put the fire out. Trust no one. :smiley:

True. They’d be flabbergasted at how/why a little yoyo survived. It’s crazy to think that your entire Ti yoyo would survive, bearing, axle and all, save for the response and lube inside the bearing (unless you have a ceramic).

No ceramic yet, I’ve never tried one. I play stock usually because if I bought upgraded bearings, I’d really be spending crazy on yo-yo stuff. Sometimes I get a spare one here and there though.
