Wrist Whip help

Hey, does anyone know how to do a double wrist whip???
I bet they are hard though, because well i have trouble landing a regular wrist whip sometimes;also sometimes when i land a wrist whip some of the strings are twisted,so when i dismount i get a know.
ANY HELP ???

First, get the normal wrist whip good. Second, when you go around double, make sure the loop doesnt go around your hand until the second time around.
