That’s odd! I’m sure there is a specific reason as to why they didn’t sponsor nats I suppose. I think it would be detrimental if they didn’t sponsor nats for no reason.
They did sponsor Asia Pacific, however.

YYF doesn’t sponsor events in the US with a 5a division. It’s a pissing contest with duncan.
In reality, no there isn’t much return on their investment… the rest is just an excuse to not sponsor something that doesn’t give them much benefit. They still get all the same advertising by sending their players, but without the cost.
