Why are yoyos available online and not offline?

There are a handful of stores that will have a bigger and better yoyo selection, but they are relatively rare from what I gather.

Yoyo stores in most any town are very rare. You might try a hobby shop, a kite shop or an specialty game/toy store. I built this list sometime back.
