So… I’m scrolling through the few hundred emails I get every day for whatever reason…
Instead of just bulk deleting, which is what I almost always think of doing, I look at each one to make sure I’m not getting rid of something that might actually be important.
So I hear I am scrolling through the mail and I see this one from Allon Chen. You basically start off by saying that Brandon Vu ‘told him not to’, but he decided to share anyways.
And then he proceeds to provide a step by step , written explanation of ‘how to do Horizontal’.
Actually pretty good info…. But, what struck my curiosity was how it started off personal….

I don’t know the guy, lol. I might be the only guy on this forum that doesn’t know who this guy is?
But I don’t… So in a way it almost feels like a promotional advertisement that’s addressed personally to various members of the yo-yo community possibly are probably from this forum?
So this is not a complaint. Like I said the information is actually really good and informative.
The primary reason for me posting this is I wanna find out if almost everybody got the same email? Or maybe just one guy here and one guy there… Whatever?
Just curious? Because if I’m the only guy that got it for some odd reason… I have no reason to hesitate in just copying and pasting it in a post at it so everybody can be provided with this interesting information.
So who got the same email except obviously personally addressed to them like the guy knows you, lol?
PS… just to let you know… No disrespect to Allon… when I said, I didn’t know the guy… That’s exactly what I meant. I didn’t know the guy well enough for him to email me and call me by my nickname. I know the guy is a yo-yo champion… Kind of hard to miss that. I’m just not used to people in the yo-yo game talking to me right off the bat like they know me.
So interestingly, before anybody even attempts to respond to my curiosity, I just got an email 18 minutes ago from Brandon Vu. Another guy that I don’t really know personally, lol.
So he’s just soliciting business for offset directly from a list of people that have yo-yo related interests.. pretty much solves that mystery, lol
