Simple question: where’s the string positioned on your finger/hand/body?
figured it was mostly gunna be the same answer, but who knows, I might be wrong
I used to keep it right at the base of my middle finger but I’ve matured into a middle of middle finger person right behind second knuckle technically
I sometimes like to mess around with the string on my ring finger (middle of ring finger, I have yet to try base of my ring finger 
), it gives an interesting little twist to throwing. Initial throw can be wonky sometimes but can give you some different looks/spaces and is just fun to play around with when bored 
I put it like halfway down the half of the finger closest to the nail if that makes sense
middle of ring finger.
I like having circulation through my fingers so I put it on the middle of my middle finger rather than the base lol.
Yeah I do right behind the first knuckle on the middle finger.
Yeah, I like that too, but snug up by my first knuckle (closer to my hand)
