When companies post weight in their yoyos' specs, do they include the axle and bearing weight?

So when I’m checking specsheets of yoyos and see the weight, does it include the bearing and axle weight? Or do they measure only the 2 halves?

Yes, total weight. Pads included too.

Thank you! In your experience, what do a pair of pads + 8mm axle + bearing weigh? From what I’ve read on this other post it seems like it’d be around 2.5-3g, but I wanted to make sure
