My first budget metal was that decent one from Dollar tree, followed by the Desperado and and then the Sharks Honor (I list 3 because they were all important stepping stones). The Dollar tree one scared my away from w shapes for. While because the catch zone was a little small and my finger would get wedged in too tight and it was a little painful if the yoyo was spinning fast. The Desperado taught me that wide can be very unbalanced. The Sharks Honor started my love of V shaped.
Now, after playing many more I love W shaped throws!
