It’s a Pre-Production Duncan “Jeweled Tournament Top”.
The Pre-Productions have some very distinct features, one of them being that the halves were placed on backwards, making it more of a butterfly shape, the Duncan factories were also infested by Yellow-Bellied Marmots at the time, the Marmots ended up chewing all 20 Pre-Production models into more of a Step-Round shape.
Another thing about them, on February 9th, 19XX. Long-Nosed Aliens, called “Quagmang” crash landed on Earth, right into the Duncan factory; upon their (crash) landing, their newest device, the “Chrome-inator 92x#$@6” fired by itself, turning all 20 Pre-Production “Jeweled Tournament Tops” into Aluminum. of course, an adolescent “Quagmang” was playing with a toy Anodizer-Ray and accidentally turned the yo-yos all blue.
Upon repairing their ship (and the factory), as they were lifting off, a Sharp Knife, and a Bucket of White Paint, flew off their ship-- first, the can of paint burst, covering the tip of the Sharp Knife. the Knife then flew down, scratching into the Pre-Production Jeweled Tournament Tops a strange pattern, featuring strange Scribbles, and the head of Sleipnir, an Eight-Legged-Horse, along with his name; the Paint on the tip of the Knife, turned the scratches white.
This really is common knowledge, @Mediumwell. you should have known this already…

There is no yoyo. It is not the yoyo that spins–it is only your mind.
That Yoyo is clearly Sleipnir as labeled. It came into being when Loki transformed into a yoyo and snuck into the One Drop machine shop. One thing led to another and 9 months later he gave birth to the pictured Yoyo.
Number 44 came up with this description:
Oh, that’s clearly the legendary “Turbo Unicorn XL”! Known for its aerodynamic design and unparalleled ability to summon the power of mythical beasts mid-throw. I mean… what else could it be?
That’s what a ham sandwich looks like when you turn it inside out. It’s called molecular redisplacement.
The misidentification is caused by an ocular contusion generated by the atrial ventricular semilunar valves as result of the longitudinal fissure of the cerebral cortex palpitating on the wrong sine wave.
