What makes the Freehand Pro good for 5a?

What differentiates the Freehand Pro from 1a yoyos that make it better for 5a? The Wedge by YoyoFactory has very similar specs, but I’ve heard the FH pro is still better. Why? Thanks in advance.

It’s made by the patent holder.

That’s it.

No one else can say their yoyo is good for 5A.

Absolutely nothing. In fact, the Freehand Pro is probably one of the worst yoyos made. A disgrace to the Freehand line in every way. Poor quality control will do that.

I do find the Wedge is a bit hard to catch for 5a though. Hurts my hand for 5a.

The fact that it comes already with a color matching cw? (that’s kinda nice)

as a plastic is ok, it’s fun. Just pray you get a smooth one. Those can have a very nasty vibe that takes away the joy of playing with it. And i’m not picky at all with vibe.

The freehand pro comes in 2 forms, a responsive and an unresonsive and it’s hard to tell the difference

n5 desperado is amazeballs for 5a

I’ve used a YYJ Classic & a Wedge for 5A & I definitely prefer the classic, the wedge feels too heavy for me.

At least for the next 355 days 10 hours and 26 minutes :smirk:

imo any yoyo that has some weight, catchable and stable enough is good for 5a.
