I’m with you astrology is silly but if some people feel more comfortable with the idea the moon and stares impact their day to day then more power to them.

I got ISFJ but I’m definitely and ISTJ.
My physics professor in college was really into astronomy and told us that when astrology was first introduced the sky was in a different position. Supposedly we are shifted by about a month compared to a couple thousand years ago and people just never actually looked at the sky. So whatever your star sign is today the actually physical sky you were born under is a month off. (I don’t remember which direction its shifted)

So back in 2023 I was a Turbulent Logician (INTP-T), which was the first time I crossed from and E to an I.
Took the test again recently, and now I’m a Turbulent Virtuoso (ISTP-T).
Interesting to see how things shift the older I get.

What a cool thread. I ended up with Architect IntJ-T, totally unsurprised in the results. I’d say it’s pretty accurate for this point in my life

I think lots of the questions are open to interpretation and could apply to anyone or both answers apply to the same person, depending on the situation. After the first time you take one of these tests, it’s really easy to automatically pick the answers that fits the result you expect to get. That said, even if they don’t accurately reflect reality, these types helped me to better understand others’ different perspectives when I was younger. It’s also just fun to compare results.
This time I tried to ignore the fixed things I sometimes believe about myself and answer based on how I would act today.
I went from INTJ to INTP-A. Not a huge difference. Maybe I have been feeling more spontaneous lately.
(Edit: the A/T thing wasn’t in the tests I took years ago.)

The first time I remember taking one (before I set up an account,) I was ENTP.

I have taken the test many times and try to answer each question as accurately as possible based on how I usually think and behave. I have also altered my answers on repeated testing to some questions that have room for a bit of flexibility. I get the same result regardless: INTJ-T.
Nobody wants to discuss the collapse of western civilisation or whether probability really is mathematics in the staffroom at lunch. Instead, I have to answer questions about how my weekend was.
(Kind of a joke… well sort of..)
