What is your biggest yoyo pet peeve?

This is the only way. Stop start record after every take makes it wayyyy too laborious and puts entirely too much pressure on my self. I feel the failure mount up that way. Once I let it roll sometimes I forget it’s recording and I relax and start to get into the flow of it again.

Not that I have many worthwhile trick vids lololol

I made a meme because of this.

Well, I think I have a pet peeve when I get a order through the mail an I happen to receive free string I toss away from the package. Later on I happen to pick up the string an it plays beautifully, an I can’t figure out what brand, size and manufacturer so I can place a order for it.. Seems like the intention of adding string is to make for a additional potential sell if more info is given.

I do wish they were labeled, but one step is more time and materials I guess

Ever go through like a week or so when almost every throw is horrible? Most mounts are missed and when you finally start clicking you botch right before the bind and everything that once seemed so easy gets messed up and you can’t do things that were once so simple? I can’t be the only one.

Yup, being on tilt drives me nuts. This only add to what I said about truck consistency

Break time!

That could be true. I think the mental state caused by life issues can contribute to a lack of focus when throwing. So many other things tugging on my brain…boo hoo. I put my Sugar Glider in my pocket and will get in some throws on break time today. Enjoy your day everyone!

Yeah you are definitely not alone hah! I absolutely have off days where I miss my tricks way more and everything feels off. Usually for me it is because I am not able to focus well like poor sleep or real life things keep popping into my head, distracting me from executing whatever trick I am doing. I like to take advantage of the days where I am running hot and feeling great and hitting all my tricks ez by playing for a bit longer those days if possible. But yeah you are not alone and there is always the reverse for me eventually also: things are easier than usual and I find that encouraging.

When that happens, what fixes it for me is just trying dumb tricks, such as trying to land 3.0 on a dead stock fh1!
