Yeah, it was nationals, and it was back in 2015. You’ll notice nobody is doing anything like that now. No matter how good plastics have become, the top players simply don’t have enough confidence in them to compete with them.

Yeah pretty hard to do and feel confident nowadays when your fellow competitors are bringing out the GTRs and the Evos, Edges etc etc lol. 2015 was still recent enough though to the point where it’s extremely impressive imo

I know you’re referring to nationals, but Evan just competed at PNWR with a Wedge 2.0 the other week and took third place. And the yoyo absolutely isn’t the reason why he took third.

The sort of yoyo that is so good that if I was told it was the only one I could keep and never use another ever again I wouldn’t be too upset.

I also bought one, and it didn’t come with a bearing, even though the packaging clearly shows it should. Once I threw a bearing in (used one from a Yomega Raider), it played much better.

I gave this guy a love tap by accident a while back so last year it got promoted to 5A full time status… all my Pretty 5A are love tapped Monkeys…oh yeah and at the end of the day it’s a yoyo and meant to be played with
