I got this in the mail a while back. Its a yoyo and i very much enjoy it
Wow I want that breakfast.
NJ land of the diners
Whatās even crazier, a few months ago (July) he was here on the b/s/t looking for a Wraithā¦ Now he has one and itās just not good enough. Blowing a gasket over some very minor superficial marks that are well within the guidelines on the super secret exclusive top tier adult oriented G2 group (because apparently that makes it more special?) and not on the pleb FB groupā¦ Itās just absolute madness. I get being disappointed that it wasnāt pristine, but no where in the guidelines did it state they had to be mint in package. So itās a risk you take doing blind trades and what not.
I just hope others tread lightly if they trade with this dude because of the way heās reacting. You better make sure to get your yoyos sent off to get graded by the 10 point grading scale and have it put into a hermetically sealed box before sending it to him, otherwise - world war III.
Ah. I live in the land of AƧai protein bowls.
I canāt tell if this is satire or not
All the chaos I didnāt even see this. Thatās a nice start at a wood throw. Just needs the edges rounded a tad and it would probably be a nice hand feel. Does it respond well on the string? Tell your brother a random person on an online forum said he made a fantastic looking yoyo.
Ohh I missed my chance because I was not responsive enough on a bst post but the display cenote was the coolest one made. Awesome get.
@antman had been so low key here yet makes really neat 3d printed YoYoās. Iāll admit I borrowed his rim design for my own throws I made myself. Along with getting the file for the FAF special and printing a few Iāve enjoyed.
The Hatrick looks awesome. Whatās the cheapest color way?
If you have to askā¦
The thing with Hatrickās is that they hardly ever show up on the BST. If you do see one, theyād range from $100 to $175.
$100 would have multiple marks on it and a little vibe, $140 a few small marks no vibe, $175 being mint. Colorway doesnāt play as much into the price unless itās the Vendetta USA Hatrick (worth $300-$600.)
This one I have is mint and has zero vibe, if I had to sell it, Iād ask $175.
The above prices, thatās just me spitballing, doesnāt mean Iām right, but thatās what Iād personally spend and feel like I wasnāt getting ripped off.
Thanks! Iām sure Iāll get a Hatrick eventually, but for $100+ ā¦I think Iāll wait awhile.
Take my money whenever your ready
I had more free money to redeem for an online store and the only other yoyo company on it besides Duncan is Magic yoyo. I got this thing for $14. I had low expectations from alot of stuff I have read about magic yoyo but this is actually a really solid yoyo.
Also should add that the case is a nice touch. I have been putting my yoyos in socks in a little back pack when I go places with my yoyos. Ive been meaning to get a bigger case.
Edit: One issue as time goes on is the bearing. Iāve had a bunch of new yoyos go responsive. The problem with this one is it seems to not be able to fix no matter how long I clean it in acetone while it always fixes my other bearings.
Mailday all the way from Japan
So glad I pulled the trigger to buy the Little Savage after multiple questions, for a 67gram yoyo this feels like a 63gram beast!
The 2024 Diffusion had a minor improvement on the gut parts and mold quality and its so fun to throw at.
i felt the same way about the little savage. the specs are really misleading with how the weight is distributed on that one!
Iāll definitely gonna weight this later after my shift ends, but yeah its a good thing this didnāt feel like a brick like my deviant+ but I might gonna love it even more after a week of stress play and replace with NSK DS bearing
I will pass that on! It doesnāt feel bad in the hand at all. A lot (LOT) of vibe, but spin time is surprisingly good. I can get through a trapeze and his brother just before it dies on string, though that may be more my fault from shoddy technique than the fault of the yo-yo.
Wood is hard to make not vibey as each half could have different density distribution. If the halves are not perfectly flat against the hub that can contribute to vibe and the wood will react to the environment so humidity can drastically change the way it plays.
Wood and vibe kind of go hand in hand. (There are some folks that do everything they can to reduce it but itās tedious effort)
If itās playable then I would argue itās a solid first YoYo. Is it bearing or fixed axle?
