In that big of a yoyo is 1.3g a big deal? Comparing it to the 420L

I don’t have a 420 Light to compare back to back but in my experience, different Aluminiums play quite differently, even when the design and weight are similar.

Some 6061 and 7075 iterations of the same design that play noticeably different are Sudo and Parlay; Eclipse and Lunar Eclipse; Panorama and Diorama; Rebirth and Reboot.

It’s also worth mentioning for those interested in the 4 Hunna, it comes fitted with a One Drop flat bearing, where the 420 and 420 Light have the DS bearing.

I’m pretty sure that all your examples by OD are different. The cross-section is different to accommodate the different densities of the two different aluminum alloys.

And I’m pretty sure that’s the case with this One Drop machined yo-yo as well. So I would assume this plays differently and the 1.8g does indeed make a difference.

Yesterday I received what I believe is the last 5050 I needed to complete my collection of both the first and second runs including the first version with the “C” bearing. A few of the Hybrids and one of the limited run of Cerakote is also pictured. @hobbygod, let me know if this is correct please.

So I actually don’t like the wangle, probably the only person. Does it play closer to the original shutter or the wangle? From what I understand it’s pretty much the wangle but with rims yea?

So it does play like the wangle… but it doesn’t. What I didn’t like about the wangle was how center weighted it was. It had good power, but it felt more solid rather than rim weighted and nimble. With the elite, they fixed that problem. They were able to add rim weight and take off center weight with out screwing up the overall weight of the yoyo (something that they weren’t able to do with the og bimetal shutter). It’s still pretty floaty and it by no means plays like a brick.
So I guess it really depends on what you didn’t like about the wangle whether you will like this one or not. I will say it definitely doesn’t play like the og shutter

Magic yoyo V10- Mr.Bezos

Love them both. The V10 is amazing and a heck of a deal.

This is my favorite Christmas gift this year. :christmas_tree:

My six year old daughter found this old yoyojam throw in the basement. (I thought it was lost long ago). She wrapped it and gave it to me for Christmas. :joy:
The yoyo is in pretty poor condition but still plays surprisingly well!

I remember ordering this from yoyoguy around 2000-2001. But can’t remember exactly what yoyo this is, I must have thrown out the caps…Does anyone know what this is off the top of their head?

Thanks @MattC. Jake had an opening in the last batch. I had a color scheme in mind already so I jumped at the chance. Super happy with them.
