Got the Linear today thanks to the “what companies have the best releases” thread. It’s my first Motion, and I now understand the hype. It’s a fantastic piece. The color reminds me of the burnt orange on the Geedorah—very deep and accentuates the cuts. Easy recommendation.

Lots of these in blue, black, and red with the stripes were made during the last big yo-yo boom when all the throws were responsive.
Stores got stuck with them and sold them cheap (off the 20 or 25 dollar list.)
It’s a shame now that there is more of a market for quality responsive yo-yos you can’t get one from TK for a reasonable, or any, price. Kind of the story of yo-yo sales though, feast or famine.
