Got this Otter in a trade earlier today.
I can’t believe how little I’ve heard about the Otter. It both feels and plays like what I’d imagine a monometal Akita to be like. It’s got those beefy Borealis 1 feeling rims in the hand, but the big scooped catch zone makes it seem so much wider and lighter than it actually is. I’ve been playing my modern CLYWs with one snow tire and one summer tire, but the wider gap of the Otter feels perfect with two snow tires. Hopefully with the next run more people can get their hands on one, because I’m guessing maybe the lack of discussion has been in part due to lack of availability.

I got and Otter in a trade and really like it too. I was surprised as well that there seemed to be less chatter about it.

Yeah man, the acid wash almost kinda pools up against the mask for the clear splash and highlights it so nicely!

How are you liking Mowl string? Is it just like kitty just different colors?

Feels and plays pretty much identical to Kitty First Class. If I tried to find any differences I think it’d be entirely placebo. I really really like Kitty FC, so the Mowl string is just more of what I like. I’m definitely going to pick up a couple extra packs of it on my next order so I can have it around for a long time.

Is that a ziz? I’ve been tempted to pick one up but i wasn’t the biggest fan of the hinemosu so I was a little worried.

Ok, so today I got a Pay-It-Forward Ti-DREAM… and my first impression over the last few hours is that it is a total beast!
My question for those who have played both, how does the regular DREAM compare to the Ti?
Imagine price didn’t matter, side by side, how does the original DREAM stack up? Is it even close, because if it is, I’ll buy one tomorrow.
