What books are you reading?

You’ll LOVE the end of the Silo series. Dune is also amazing, and just gets more bat ■■■■ crazy as the books progress!

He really starts getting better and better forehead in his career. I actually don’t like the first 2 books too much. They’re ok. Just not amazing.

I just finished Tress of the emerald sea. I am waiting for Way of kings to come in from triftbooks. Currently reading No Country for Old Gnomes while I’m waiting.

Tress of the Emerald Sea is pretty good. Quite like that one.

Tress was such a wonderful book. Then again, all the Cosmere books are excellent in their own right.

I just wanted to say it’s so awesome to see so much love for Terry Pratchett!

I needed that thread!

Adding a huge +1 to the love for sir Terry Pratchett, I need to go back to his books (and check if “Guards! Guards!” and “Moving pictures” are still my favorites  and maybe this time read them in English instead of the translation).

Currently I’m reading some books about Polish politics which most likely won’t be interesting for anyone here, but apart from that it’s “Babel” by R.F. Kuang and “Hate Inc.” by Matt Taibbi.

Now, there’s a good book! It had me on the edge of my seat the entire time! And not to mention, the language used perfectly compliments the story!

Now, I especially appreciated the psychological aspects of the book—it genuinely convinces one to use the potty!

And don’t even get me started on the illustrations, I can feel the emotion in every stroke! And the colors all perfectly compliment each other!

All in all, certainly, one of the greatest books ever written.

Eye of the World by Robert Jordan

I have read the first four books of Wheel of Time a couple years ago but it got set aside when I realized I had too many series started. An amazing season 3 of the show and having all series cleared reignited my love of these and I decided to restart

I finished book 5 at the first of the year and decided to take a break from it. I couldn’t really get into show. I got a few episodes into season 2 and quit watching it. Im about star Way of Kings. I’ve heard good things about, and I really enjoyed the Mistborn series.
