I am loving the hyperion. Threw it for about an hour so far. Less solid than my maxbet or Stealth Ogre, and much less heavy on the string, but not too floaty/unstable. Definitely faster than those 2. Feels much lighter in play.
I can do exactly 2 tricks reliably onm the expert list at this point, the matrix and the zipper (smoothly with a responsive even) and my speed with the matrix is amazing with this yoyo. It makes the trick way more impressive. I botch the bind a little more often, as the extra speed coupled with my noob technique means I am seeing a little more tilt by the end of 3 or 4 repetitions, but the repetitions are faster and smoother than on anything else I can do the trick on reliably. It really is a great combo of solid and fast.
