Couldnât get enough of my KLR today.
gfunk, have had it since it came out and its never really grown on me despite me loving undersized and loving my yuuksta. i figure it deserves a chance since i hated the yuuksta originally and it became one of my favorites but its not happening with the gfunk. a little bit more stable than the yuuksta but everything else about it just doesnt feel as ârightâ as it does with the yuuksta
Interesting. At first I loved my Yuuksta, now I absolutely HATE it.
Iâve had a few throws go from love it to hate it (Hatrick comes to mind) but it generally goes in the hate to love direction for me (Primo is another one of these, underrated and awesome). The funny thing about the Yuuksta is that I had taken it out of my case and just left it on top of my tv to rot and one day I was packing to go out of town for a week or so and I thought âI guess Iâll take this thing, I donât care if it gets beat to death by clumsy baggage handlersâ and I played with it a bit and it grew on me and after a while it was the yoyo I threw 99% of the time when I was at home too. I really have a difficult time understanding/rationalizing $100+ yoyos when yyf has amazing values at $65. But that doesnât stop me from buying a ton of more expensive ones anyway cuz they look cool or they might be âthe oneâ for me =P
And I give up on the G Funk again. Tomorrow is going to be a Yuuksta day. And maybe a little Skyline action too.
