Ahhh - Yeah, the lighting in my kitchen did make it look more purple than it really is, I can see that now.
It’s not my favourite CLYW, I find it a little too ‘dense’ for my personal tastes but it gets a good chuck every now and then.

Plays quite nicely it is pretty floaty without the usual bi-metal thud when you throw it down. Very easily manoeuvrable as well. My only gripe with it is that it isn’t wide enough though but that is just my personal preference for wider yoyos such as Galaxy Diver (my favorite yoyo so far). Still waiting for the CLYW Akita restock to try that out as that may be a better fit for my preferences.
