Thoughts on the FgAl? Could you compare it to the fractal?
I’m afraid that I have never tried a Fractal. Early impression is that that FGAl compares favorably to anything similar that I have tried.
Could just be coincident to other yo-yos I have been playing, but it seems like it over-delivers on spin time and stability for it’s weight on the string. Especially for a monometal. Very nicely balanced.
One of those yo-yos where right out of the box every trick seemed easier and more consistent. Again, could be a coincidence, but quite a first impression!

I use 100% poly most of the time, I tie my finger loop knot with an 1-1/2" loop pull tight and then cut the extra leaving about a 1/2" with a concealed cutter similar to one on a multi tool. Kitty is some of my go to string…

Yeah, me too. These references and the overall 80ies vibe are actually what tipped me over the edge to getting this gimmicky throw.

I just switched from a mouse to a Kensington trackball (SlimBlade) and I love it.

Oh, cool! I’d never heard of the SlimBlade. I thought they’d discontinued the trackball devices years ago and was worried what I’d do if this thing ever stops working (it’s from the ADB Mac days).

Ohh neat trackballs have come back big. I remember my older Logitech being one of like 2 options 5 years ago
