Freehand One with spacer kit and kk bearing, El Presidente. The Freehand plays so much better with the extra gap width, I’m quite happy with the results.

Recently began working on one of my oldest weaknesses, looping. I began playing in the early 90’s, when old school tricks were still held in high regard, especially with fixies. Always wanted to have looping in my bag of tricks but never found it until this year. With the humble butterfly. This one I glued in an oak dowel. Plays well, a little lighter, a little more wobble in a sleeper than stock but its put together pretty sloppily… next one will try to be more precise. The loop 720 is a black friday buy, super easy/fun to loop with, well worth it. Makes me want to start working on my offhand. Can’t believe i’m entertaining the idea of learning some 2A.

I’ll be traveling to Asia for 6 weeks and only bringing Cold Fusion GT, Bumblebee AL and Freehand One AL. No extra string, no extra pads. Will I survive? Find out in 6 weeks!
Bringing prototypes too, but I will only use it if needed for testing/evaluation.
