Lol, I know right. It’s my first time getting the Blue Johnny Walker, so I will definitely save it for the last.

Haven’t done diabolo in a long while and decided to dust it off…trouble is, it’s raining and space inside the house is limited. Stumbled upon a tutorial series on Youtube from a fellow diaboloist that I met (and he’s done performances at the park I work at) and decided to start fresh with getting a fixed axle spinning and work on my technique with a fixed axle…was a bit shocked with how quick I was able to get it to spin.
Edit: Break in the rain, time to bring this guy outdoors!

That was cool. Before your video I never saw one of those things in action.
@TheThrowingGnome Banjo’s are awesome! I’m a drummer/percussionist and I dig a banjo. But I can’t seem to play one to save my life. Very hard I just play it like a drum.
It looks nice! I’ve baked a couple loafs this year so you’ll be catching up to me soon.
Here’s the baking I’ve been up to… (not all on the same day, but you know… it’s bread time)
Sourdough
Quick Bread
White Bread
Biscuits
Cake Donuts + Holes
That post makes me hungry. I love making biscuits. So good fresh out of the oven, cut, and putting a slice of butter in between to make it even more wholesome.
I just got back from work today, volunteering to work in a different department for the day. This department was the molecular biology department of a medical testing facility. Yep, got to pipette coronavirus samples all day. Pretty scary tbh. At the end of the day I was helping out with sorting and banking positive results, and like 80%+ of the results were positive. I can confirm at least 1,046 new positive samples from this lab in one day alone.
It is only a matter of time before my usual test (Vitamin D) volume gets down so low that I get furloughed and get to join in on the home isolation fun. Until then I work full-time.
Oh sweet bike!

I just got this in today, I’ve been wanting to get into skateboarding since I saw season 7 of Woodward
I have been wanting to get into skating as well since this quarantine started. Need to figure out what to do about that…
Anyone recommend good sites to get parts to build my own? Don’t want to break the bank, but also don’t want a Mongoose from Wal-Mart, lol.
if your going to build your own its not going to be cheap but you can get stuff from the shred quarters
