Kurt Vile - Walkin’ On A Pretty Daze
Bought the CD yesterday and what a fine album! I sure dig this guy’s vibe at times reminding me of my hero Neil Young along with all the best bits of Meat Puppets and even a bit of Dylan at times yet also with his own complete style. Ace.

I got my first TheyMightBeGiants album 30 years ago! Just imagine 8 year old me with a Walkman and head phones listening to “Piece of Dirt”!!! I’d probably have on a hypercolor T-shirt and a slap bracelet and be sporting a mullet or a rat tail!!!
