vsNYYC Ti Walker Holders Thread!

I officially regret never getting a Ti Walker for $200ish any of the times I’ve had a chance in the past few years. By the time I was willing to spend that much on one yoyo, the price and demand had already skyrocketed.

While the Ti Walker will quite possibly elude me forever as I don’t see myself ever paying over $300 for one, I’m happy that I was able to own a Septopus and Moonwalker briefly, they were both unique and top notch throws.

$200? I would have jumped on that. :o

With the price of Ti Skywalker’s steadily climbing and the prospect of future releases dim; it is not hard to convince yourself that buying one, at any price, is a sound investment.

Number 55. orginal owner! One of the first yoyo’s I was hitting f5 to make sure I scored one.

Nice!

Put me down for #4!

Also was able to pick up an unnumbered b-grade.

Wow! 3 now!

You can mark me for #89, last one made.

Congrats, what a find! Please share a pic!

Wow! The youngest of them all! compliments! ;D

p.s. my # 75 is one of those not destined to shop but sold directly from Vizier, is distinguished because the box doesn’t have the front sticker with the inscription TiWalker and because the yoyo has a ceramic concave bearing

Picked up #43 and #55!

I have a fever–and the only cure is more Ti Walker.

:o

A pic of the horde (swarm? pack? flock? What should we go with here?):

I believe the correct word is ‘murder’; as in, a murder of Ti Walkers. Mainly because people see you with that many and they want to murder you out of envy.

That polished Ti Walker, is it blasted in the cups? I had one commissioned for a custom blast/polish job and just wondering where it ended up.

Can put my down for number 55 if you want

Very nice score. Did you find that in the UK?

No. I got it in a private trade from someone stateside. It pays to be known for dropping top dollar on yoyos you want

Tracked down #7!

how much does it pay? cause i could see myself being great at that job.

I’m envious of you gentleman, I had the pleasure of throwing one at worlds once. Don’t remember who’s it was, older guy.

It pays in amazing things. The “Job” though is handing over unreasonable amounts of money for those things.
