They sent me a DM with this email rezztaph@yahoo.com to contact Jace that had a G2 Respawn for sale. The photos and description are for a respawn I purchased on ebay and received in the mail three days ago. I have had no reply from @ubniversal .

If they send you to an e-mail off site it’s 100% a scam. This should be sticky somewhere.

They sent a direct message on YYE with the email contact for the Jace person. I suspected it would be a scam.

I use to have a Professor in an Automotive Technology Class. Every few weeks, somebody would get Stupid waaay outside the normal acceptable range.

He would point to the biggest meanest guy in the Class and say, ‘Please do me a favor. Would you take that guy outside and Beat him until he’s Better?

I always think of that kind of ‘medicine’ when I read about Scammers.

Scamming is so deliberately premeditated and heartless.

And they know the chances of them getting caught are slim at best.

If it was easier to track them down and do a Ground and Pound on them, there would be at least 1 happy camper.

…maybe one of you can start a ‘How to Spot a Scam’ thread?

Every few months, somebody brings up a scammer situation and a few people respond and then it just fades away until the next scammer situation pops up like this one.

They told me to reach out to the same email too. I ended up asking for photos of the yoyo with a postcard of today’s date. He couldn’t provide it lol.
