Why are you wanting to remove these things? And for the Dark Magic, you want to search the forum for something like “remove axle” or something similar to find out about the two nut method of removing axles that saves the threads. :wink:

Last time I checked, there really is no reason for him to remove his axle; his Dark Magic’s in great condition. I imagine he’s preparing to send it to get annodized for the rim problem.

The best way to remove the axle is using a hex key.
