Alright been a bit since I posted here on the trick of the week. Hoping I get more time to do these. Had a lot of fun with this last one.

Still working on Ending of the end. I’m bad with slacks so I’m surprised to find that part just kinda works itself out. Having more issues getting the setup fluid so kudos to those who made it look easy.

Here’s Week 42 Green Triangle 3D slack spin in the meantime:

My ending of the end looks more like one continuous motion! Not completely smooth but much better than before! Yoyoing is great!

Week 43: Through the Bucket

So for this week I wanted to pick a trick that I thought had several nice aspects to help you practice, but I also felt like doing a bucket, since all the picks this year have been tragically devoid of buckets.

This trick is a fun short one, but practicing this should help build good yoyo control in some unique ways. Such as: wrapping a single string from a kink around the yoyo, maintaining a taut string formation to enter a chopsticks mount from a quirkier mount, and having the yoyo swing out of a string formation in a way that requires timing for applying tension to be able to control the arc of the yoyo to get it to swing directly into the bucket mount.

This trick is pretty simple, don’t let my overly complex description of the elements make the trick seem like more than it really is. But that’s a bit of a peek into the thought process for why I decided to choose this. Also I just wanted to pick a bucket trick lol.
