They are high quality strings, they’re just not for me. They’re so thick, they made my Wrath snag up on me.
I’m loving them in my Trigger, but like Mr.yoyoguy, I don’t care for them in my Wrath. They’re really soft once you get them worn in and seem like they are lasting forever.
Yeah they really break in nicely. I haven’t had any problems with it being to fat in my albatross or Nessie. Maybe the gap is small on the wrath? Idk I havnt played one.
Ive tried them in many yoyos and they dont snag any more then stringlab type x. My take on them is a perfected dragon string. The whip well and the thickness is just that hard feeling string. Not much bounce but holds tention all the way through the life of the string. My problem with dragons was they didnt hold loops well and slacks like revolutions seam to fall out of the gap because the string was going faster then the yoyo. Not with snakes. Perfect loops and holds nicely in a revolution. I dont like the color of snakes myself. forest green is hard for me to see, especially on a dark green floor. Lol. I want different colors. Im stuck on bright yellow strings. I wont be getting anymore snakes till then. Other then that it is a very impressive string.
Still waiting to try some (ghost) I will be comparing them to my dragon strings once I get my hands on one.
I’m hoping to get some yellow snakes, and albino snakes. Get on Evans case, we need to make sure ppl like the snakes before we make other colors.
