Okay, I got burned by the fake title in the other thread, so I decided to have some fun today.

Sick. So you sampled the sound and made the melody? What daw did you use?

GarageBand on my iPhone has a sampling feature. I sampled the sound of ringing the TiVayder yoyo then did about a zillion takes of playing the little keys on my phone at 90 bpm and then sped it up to 120 bpm. Separately, I recorded the video with the help of a metronome to get the timing right. Then put them together in iMovie. Then tried to upload to YouTube, but the sound quality was off, so I had to email the file (actually a link, due to the size) to my desktop computer downloaded and then uploaded from within YouTube. Never done anything like this so there was a lot of looking up how to do stuff.
