Would like to turn yo yos on a lathe. Can inserts and axles be purchased for c bearings?
Don’t know about current designs, but that’s how all of the YoYoJam models were made. Threaded brass insert in the hub with a 6x32 set screw for the axle. The bearing size does not in itself determine the axle size. Dif-e-yos use a C bearing and used to use a 1/4x20 set screw for the axle. The newer ones use a #10 set screw. Not sure of the thread size.
