Thoughts on removing the original paint on a full metal, aluminum yoyo

Hypothetically, if I want to remove the original paint off of a hypothetical aluminum yoyo without hypothetically damaging the hypothetical yoyo itself, what substance/compound/solvent would best do this hypothetical job?

First it’s anodizing and not paint. Normally chemicals are not the best option since they can also cause pitting if you do it wrong. There’s a couple threads you could find on here about removing ano with chemicals though.

Chem strip or bead blast.
