I may have to get some butterfly axles…
ive been on the lookout but my targets have been slack on the restock
Meanwhile, I haven’t even made it to target yet!
I am also planning on just selling a few I’ve just been slow to produce
heck at this point that may be easier than target duty lol
#8 - “The Ocho”. Backhand balances like a beast. It’s big. 59x35 (when measured flat edge to flat edge). 68g. This one is unique in my Remanufactured Butterflies in that it uses a Butterfly axle but the axle is glued to keep the half alignment. This one is available and is $25.
Wood axle seconds
The following throws were printed but didn’t fit the Butterfly axle correctly and thus had wooden axles installed. They are $25 apiece, as there is more labor with a wooden axle.
#3 second - V with rims
The final version of #3 had a dimple as well.
#5 - big butterfly
Reman #2 - Hit
Remus Woodie Axle - Hit
Commission Reman - Hit
Y’all are in for a treat with these, fantastic project!
-also grab a Cardigan-
Loving my #5! Super fun to play. Love the weight and size as it’s close to one of my fave fixed axles!
Thanks for posting this @GnarlyCharlie. Been busy with the holidays. The blacked out Reman shape is #9.
This is #10, the Bolterfly. Inspired by the Bolt. It’s SOLD and was $15. It features the Butterfly axle, a fingerspin dimple. It’s 57.5mm diameter, 39mm wide, and right around 50g. It’s a solid player. I really like it.
It has a schmoove groove!
Here it is next to my original #0 Butterfly.
#10 Bolterfly sold!
#11 was inspired by @GnarlyCharlie. It’s made from the profile of the SpinGear fixie. It clocks in at 51g. 56mm x 33mm. It’s available and $15.
