Please, clear, stable footage. It doesn’t need to be full on 4k, but decent filming that isn’t shaky.
String visibility… Please check into this. Get some bright yellow string, or a shirt that works well with your string color
Background: PLEASE don’t film in your garage, bedroom, kitchen, etc. Find a background of sorts to hang if you don’t have a brick wall or normal wall or something. I have a black sheet for things like this.

Oh one more thing, should we just have people upload these into Dropbox or google drive? 10 seconds of high quality footage is a lot larger than can easily be sent over email.
one question. Does it have to be exactly 10 seconds, or can it go like 2 or 3 seconds over, or somethings like that, and then the editing guys trim it down?
If you want to use the email address still, there’s a service at files2u.com that’s completely free. The files are stored on the files2u server for… 24…? 48…? hours? It’s not very persistent storage, which is why it’s free. Ethan would need to get the email notification and do the download promptly.
But it requires nothing special like a Dropbox or whatever.
