Just a reminder about 1 day left to knock out some loops in the loop off. If you were planning to go hard and do an absurd number of loops this is your time to do so.
Right now loop off is at 110 consecutive loops with @TryCatchThrow
@TryCatchThrow with your non-dominant hand!
Yea! it is definitely is a workout!
EDIT: after re-counting it is 429
(sped up 2x)
Arms tired. Gonna give it a rest but might give it another go later tonight or tomorrow morning. Even though I’m alternating loops the tension is getting super loose. Thinking I might have to add some more outside loops.
If the yoyo flies off I’ll count it at the last loop done lol. Honestly not being super picky and now that we are in the 400s I’m counting on some level of honesty as I’m not counting every video just the last few of the event at this point.
I have been going with catch the YoYo but I’m not really that picky to be honest. If you nail 600 loops consecutive I’m not gonna disqualify you for not catching the last one you know.

I think I heard from somewhere that the proper ratio is actually 3 outside loops for every inside loop. The idea being that the yoyo flips in the same direction for both inside and outside loops so:
For inside loops a half twist for the flip plus a full twist from the circle that the yoyo travels in = 1.5 twists
For outside loops a half twist for the flip minus a full twist from the outside circle that the yoyo travels in = -0.5 twists
So three outside loops will balance an inside loop. Or I could be completely misremembering lol
Anyway here’s my submission. Offhand donked my bedpost halfway through so it was out of commision.
I counted 448 left hand, 827 right hand, 1275 total.
