Yup, there is a tolerance to everything including the inner diameter of bearings. By far the biggest factor (hardest to predict) in bearing post size is anodizing. But bearing tolerance matters too.

What about bearing post height? I’ve been looking at the Radius, Radius Nexus, and not the Nadius 7068 and their bearing posts vary.
